Marion B. Brechner First Amendment Project Endowment
Support research, reports, articles, teaching, study, service, scholarship and/or programming related to contemporary issues of freedom of expression, including current issues affecting freedom of information and access to information, freedom of speech, freedom of press and freedom of thought; support to include costs related to student assistants, support staff, computer software and hardware, publicity and events, research materials such as books, journals and other publications, and travel related and research-related expenses incurred by the faculty leaders of the Marion B. Brechner First amendment Project Endowment and its student assistants.
McClatchy Professorship in Freedom of Information
Support professorship to promote importance freedom of expression, public access & principle of freedom of information in US & world; funds may be used for professor's travel, graduate assistantships & similar expenses related to promotion of these activities; 3 yr. renewable basis.
Peter C. Barr Integrated Marketing Communications Endowment
Existing $59,067.56 in the fund shall be used to hire the Executive Director of the College's Strategic Communications Agency. The spendable income of the Fund shall be used to support staff salary.

Alvin G. and Effie D. Flanagan Endowment Fund
Support academic enrichment, primarily in areas of broadcasting education including scholarships, fellowships; and innovative programs that benefit students, broadcasting industry; and citizens of US. Dean's criteria: support project with major impact; additional support graduate students; term professorships for faculty; and special event/lecture series/conference on a regular basis.

Bonni G. Tischler Endowment for Student Leadership and Professional Advancement
Support undergrad scholarships who have show initiative in advancing women's leadership in any of these areas: university organizations, business, politics, community improvement, gender issues, and other fields of university and community life that provide new opportunities of responsibility for women; applicants will be considered based on accomplishments in these fields or on basis of an innovative proposal likely to be accomplished during single year of scholarship; may be renewed; recipients will be given biographical information about Bonni G Tishcher.

C. A. Hiaasen Scholarship
To support scholarships for undergraduate students majoring in Journalism with a career interest in news journalism with a preference for reporting or editing. To be awarded by the scholarship committee on the basis of scholarship and need.

Support needy students in College of Journalism & Communications at discretion of college.
Bob Leach Scholarship
Support annual scholarship for undergraduate telecommunications majors in College of Journalism and Communication.
Burkowski Family Sports and Media Scholarship
Support students in the College who have financial need and who are studying in sports-related fields, with preference to students specializing in sports and media, and to those working in multimedia properties or other sports-related immersive opportunities..
Claudia Ross Memorial Fellowship for Investigative Reporting
One or more fellowships shall be given to graduate students in the College of Journalism & Communications, selected on the following factors in decreasing order of importance; (1) Career interest in, and potential for, investigative reporting. (2) Academic standing. (3) Other financial resources. Recipient must have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average. The amount to be awarded as a fellowship per academic year shall be so substantial that an indigent student will be able to continue his/her studies in order to complete his/her education an obtain his/her degree in the field of journalism.
Gary L. Watson Endowment for Leadership in Journalism Management
Support a graduate student seeking to study the aspects of management in journalism. Donor's preference is a student in the graduate program who plans to pursue a management career in the print-based or multi-platform newspaper industry.
H. G. "Buddy" Davis Scholarship
Support scholarship for incoming senior majoring in reporting or editing in College of Journalism.
Hugh W. Cunningham Professorship in Journalism Excellence

Russell Brines Scholarship in International or Political Reporting
