UF Health Jacksonville - Neuroscience/Brooks Rehabilitation Community Affairs Fund
Support Neuroscience Institute's community outreach, prevention/education programs and other programs related to neurological diseased, which will expand access to health care in the Jacksonville community; will support new health care facilities, program activities and technologies as well as modernize or enhance existing facilities in order to improve patient access and the depth of services available to the Jacksonville Community.
Shands Jacksonville Comprehensive Stroke Program
Support the stroke outreach activities, rehabilitation, patient, services and education.
