Purpose
GA: support graduate students in the College's Department of Urban and Regional Planning. The scholarship recipients shall be selected in accordance with the procedure outlined in Exhibit A. If the principal of this Fund does not reach a minimum of $30,000 within 5 years of inception, the principal and spendable income may be transferred to another fund in the Department and used for scholarships in a manner consistent with the Donor's intentions, as determined by the Chair of the Department. See gift agreement.
