Division of Student Life
The goals of the Division of Student Affairs include developing effective and efficient services and programs for students through the various departments within Student Affairs; integrating Student Affairs and Academic Affairs; directly involving students in the affairs of the institution; encouraging a sense of community among students and faculty, and increasing accessibility of UF to a wide variety of persons. Student Affairs fosters educational environments where students develop as leaders, embrace diversity and become lifelong contributors in a global society.

A. A. Block/Treasure Coast Gator Club® Scholarship Endowment
Support scholarship and fellowship awards to students attending the University.
GA (Block): support scholarships and fellowships for students who have graduated (or will graduate) from a high school or community college in Indian River or St Lucie Counties, FL; recipients will be selected by the Treasure Coast Gator Club on basis of scholastic achievement, application essays and interviews; the Club will determine the amount of each scholarship based on available income.

GA: support scholarships to students in Honor's Program.
A. H. Burnett Merit Scholarship
Support merit scholarships
A.J. Anderson Construction MFOS Fund
Support of Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarship Students. Preferably students from Terry Parker High School or other Jacksonville, FL high school graduates.
Ada Rosenson Dorfeld Florida Opportunity Scholarship for the College of Education
Support scholarships for the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program to students from Dade and Broward County, with a preference to those studying Primary Education in the College of Education.
AHA MFOS Endowment
Support students in the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS) Program who graduated from high schools in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. If the MFOS program ceases to exist at the University, then the first priority for an alternate use shall be to support the AHA and if the AHA ceases to exist, then to support scholarship awards to first generation students with low family incomes.
Aid-A-Gator: General Support
Financial assistance for UF students, faculty, and staff who have financial need due to a hurricane or other natural disaster, fire, or other similar occurrences. Funds may be awarded for such matters as travel expenses, emergency medical care, loss of personal property, or other related expenses. Awards will be made as determined by the Provost or the Provost's designee.
