Support the School of Music renovation and expansion.

Support awards for recruitment of graduate students in the School of Theatre and Dance at the College of Fine Arts; preference shall be given in the area of Design and Production, and shall include, but not be limited for graduate travel, performances and research opportunities. If, in the best judgement of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Dean of College may use the Gift for other purposes as nearly aligned to the Donors' original intent as the Dean deems appropriate under the circumstances. In all other respects the 2010 Gift Agreement remains the same. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with, and the administration of the properties held in said Fund will be determined by, the laws of the State of Florida, irrespective of the domicile or residence of the Donors or of the situs of any property held under this Agreement.
