Fund
Purpose
The spendable income from the Fund shall be used to support one (1) annual scholarship for a full-time student in any department who is a junior or senior. A junior can reapply as a senior for a subsequent award. Preference shall be given to first generation college students who are eligible for need-based financial aid, and who are active either in leadership roles within HHP and/or in community service. If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, after consultation with the Donors if possible, as nearly aligned to the Donors' original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
