Support the continued maintenance of and any future construction needs of the UF Health Heart & Vascular Hospital and Neuromedicine Hospital.

Spendable income restricted to the Evelyn F. and William L. McKnight Brain Institute for research and practical applications, as identified by the Director of the Evelyn F. and William L. McKnight Brain Institute, that emphasize innovation, collaboration, and translational research to address the urgent need for advances in diagnosing and treating ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).

Support a fellowship in Dystonia/Parkinson's Disease in the Center for Movement Disorders and Neurorestoration in the College of Medicine. Should the fellowship not need the whole amount of the funding, then a project of mutual agreement will be sought before proceeding with any other projects using this donation, and subsequent projects must include work in dystonia unless approved by Tyler's Hope. The fellowship must include training in Dystonia. If all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement the remaining fund may be used for other purposes upon prior written authorization from Tyler's Hope, as nearly aligned to the Donor's original intent as the Donor and the Board mutually deem appropriate under the circumstances.
