GA: spendable income from the Fund shall be used to provide need-based scholarships to support students enrolled in the College.

Commitment: support the Levin College of Law.
Harry F. Goodmark Scholarship Fund
Support need-based awards for students in 2nd or 3rd yr. of law school w/demonstrated interest in (1) representing injured workers in workers compensation proceedings, (2) domestic violence issues, (3) children's rights issues; if no such student available, then 2nd or 3rd yr. law student interested in labor or employment law on behalf of low income workers.
