The support shall be related to career-focused opportunities for students, as determined by the Department Chair. Examples include, but are not limited to, student and faculty travel and event costs, so long as such activities provide students with immersion experiences and professional opportunities.

If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, after consultation with the Donor if possible, as nearly aligned to the donor's original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
