Provide scholarship support for medical students who are the first in their family to attend college. If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, as nearly aligned to the Donors' original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
Timothy C. Flynn, M.D. Surgical Resident Leadership Endowment
Provide for an annual leadership evaluation and training for department of surgery residents in their final year of residency. Remaining funds in the spendable after the evaluation and training have been provided shall be used to present an award in Dr. Flynn's name to a resident chosen by their peers as a reward for consistently doing the right thing when presented with touch decisions.
