Purpose
GA: develop, support and/or advance recipients' leadership skills, by which is meant those skills that enhance an ability to imagine new paths and take informed risks to travel them. Recipients shall be persons of integrity, courage, resilience and a sense of humor (by which is meant balance, an appreciation for life's incongruities), with a demonstrated capacity for risk-taking, and a creative spirit, especially when faced with challenges.
