GA: support a professorship in the Warrington College of Business.

The spendable income shall be used to support a scholarship awarded annually through the Kelley A. Bergstrom Real Estate Center to students pursuing a Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) who are committed to increasing and expanding the pool of talented professionals in the real estate industry across all aspects of diversity, including ethnicity, gender, race, socioeconomic status, professional experience, geography, class, and other characteristics. In choosing the recipients of this scholarship, the College agrees to consider the following factors: demonstrated commitment to making meaningful contributions to a pluralistic community and the continuation of a diverse student body; sensitivity to and understanding of racial and ethnic issues in society; commitment to learning to better communicate across the social lines of gender, race, generation, geography, and class; ability to overcome educational, social, or family disadvantages; and academic merit and leadership potential. For so long as women are clearly underrepresented in the MSRE program and a gender preference is lawful and practical, the scholarship shall be awarded with a preference for women students.
