The College's Scholarship Selection Committee will award the scholarship based upon; academic merit - must meet the standards for eligibility; demonstrated commitment to the study of and a career in gynecology and obstetrics.

If, in the best judgment of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, all or part of the Gift cannot be used in the manner described in this Agreement, the Board may use the Gift for other purposes, as nearly aligned to the Donors' original intent as the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances.
