Student-initiated scholarship designed to recognize and reward students admitted to UF as true freshmen after the completion of their first year in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, who embody the core values of the Engineering Peer Advisors: leadership, academic excellence, and community involvement.

Support 15 Progress Energy STEPUP Scholars throughout their year-long participation in the bridge program; Successful Transition through Enhanced Preparation for Undergraduate Programs.

Support undergraduate students studying any discipline within the College of Engineering who are considered out-of-state and US citizens, or others legally entitled to reside in the US.
