Support scholarship to students pursuing career in animal related profession; not based on academic merit alone.
PetSmart Charities Summer Research Fund
$5,000 grant awarded to a rising 2nd or 3rd year student, pursuing research in Human-Animal Bond or Access to Care (6.6% fringe $693). Additional $1,500 travel stipend shall be provided for the summer research student to register and travel to a national symposium, such as the Merial-BI/NIH Symposium.
