Dentsply Sirona Implants Fellow Fund
To provide implant products to facilitate the training and clinical education of students on the topic of dental implantology. In addition to any other requirements set forth in the Agreement, the following information is to be provided to Dentsply.
1. Description of training participated in by students utilizing Dentsply Products in accordance to the education plan.
2. Copies of all reports or papers published by students relative to utilization of products provided by Dentsply.
3. Documentation to verify number of students, and the type (single tooth, over denture) of restorative cases being completed, and other documentation reasonably requested by Dentsply.
