Gary Fairchild Scholarship Endowment
Support students majoring in Food and Resource Economics in the College, with preference to students with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
Boote Graduate Student Support
The fund shall be used to support graduate students in the development, advancement, and application of the DSSAT crop simulation models, including supervised, field based experiences related to the student's area of study. Eligible students must demonstrate a strong academic interest in crop physiology and the application of the DSSAT crop model and must have earned a bachelor's degree from a land-grant institution. Support is restricted to graduate students enrolled in the Departments of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, Agronomy, or Horticultural Sciences in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.
Russell & Maude Henderson Endowment
Help finance the cost of sending a student delegate(s) to the National 4-H Congress. If in the future the 4-H ceases to sponsor this congress, then the earnings are to be used for a student(s) who is majoring in the Department of Agronomy or Soil Sciences at the University of Florida, a resident of the State of Florida, and a past member of 4-H from a rural background. The scholarship may be awarded to a student for more than one year, but does not guarantee that a student would receive the award more than one year.
