GA: for the construction or renovation of a classroom to be named for Elizabeth "Libby" Furlow as set forth below. The name shall be visible on the wall such that students can see it when they enter or sit in the room. The classroom should be named and dedicated to Libby for a period not less than 20 years and of sufficient size to fit at least 16 people.
