Purpose
Support students at the University in the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Program. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students with low family incomes.

This fund was established in 2013 by the estate of Robert and Flora Fuhrman to support students at the University of Florida in the Florida Opportunity Scholars Program.
Flora passed away in 1986 and Robert passed away in 199

Rivero-Stirling Family MFOS Endowment
Support the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars (MFOS) program. If the MFOS program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students with low family incomes.
Gidel Family Foundation Endowment
Support teaching, research, technology enhancements and academic programs, including student/faculty support, within the College of Education and the Warrington College of Business.
Colonel Sheri Waldo Andino-Straka AFROTC Scholarship Fund
The spendable income from the Fund shall be used for scholarships to undergraduate students with financial need who are enrolled in the United States Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (USAF ROTC) at the University. Recipients must be pursuing a degree in the Heavener School of Business or the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering and have at least a 2.5 GPA. If the scholarships cannot be used by Air Force ROTC students, then they should be used next by the same type of students in the Naval ROTC program. If the scholarships cannot be used by Air Force or Naval ROTC students, then the scholarships should be used by the same type of students in the Army ROTC program.
