Fund Purpose
Amended GA: Support scholarship awards at the College; preference to those with an interest in practicing bankruptcy law in Jacksonville area; Levin College of Law Financial Aid Committee will determine recipients based on submitted writing samples. (See Amended GA for details)

This scholarship was created in 2011 by the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association. The Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association benefits from the volunteerism of Jacksonville’s bankruptcy practitioners and is an impressive and distinguished organization that has held true to its initial purpose as set forth in its articles of incorporation – “To provide an association through which members of the bankruptcy bar may join together to improve the administration of justice and to serve the publicÂ
