Purpose
Support the clinic (which provides patient care based on ability to pay/sliding fee schedule) and programs in Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at the College; College will maintain accounting of expenses/make such accounting records available to donor upon request. The SR Foundation support will be used for professional services and program expenses to benefit patients from infancy through 21 years of age. (See GA).
