Support fundraising efforts

The donor wants the real estate to benefit 2 existing funds. Until the real estate sells, there will be carrying costs. This fund will be used to pay costs such as utilities, etc. The fund will be closed once the property sells and the proceeds transferred as the donor instructs. It is very important that this be an endowment fund so that it is treated as restricted.

Support the programming, training, and personal development of the Florida Cicerones organization and its members. The funds will help sustain Cicerones' long-established role as campus tour guides and presidential hosts of the University of Florida. It will also support the development and impact of Florida Cicerones as outstanding students who are committed members of the organization and thoughtful University citizens.
