Seymour Goldweber Faculty Fellowship Endowment

Non-endowed fund to support research in the areas of Genetic Resources for Crop Improvement and Horticulture--Flexible Action, in the Department of Horticultural Sciences, Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences. The fund administrator will be the Chair of the Horticultural Sciences Department. Fund Purpose Contingency: If in the future this fund is no longer needed for Genetic Resources for Crop Improvement and Horticulture--Flexible Action, then the University will transfer remaining funds to the Horticultural Sciences Fund (F000067), which is unrestricted general support to the Horticultural Sciences Department.

**Spendable income to support forest insect systematics research, particularly bark and ambrosia beetles research, restricted to the School of Forest, Fisheries and Geomatic Sciences (SFFGS) at the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. Research expenses can be used to support current students and/or visiting forest entomology scholars who will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students on such research and who will support the UF research community with their expertise. Fund Purpose Contingency: If in the future this fund is no longer needed for forest insect systematics research, then the proceeds of the fund will be used to support other research in the School of Forest, Fisheries and Geomatic Sciences (SFFGS).

Support undergraduate and graduate scholarships and fellowships to students majoring in Entomology at the University, with priority given to students studying at the Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory.
