Upchurch, Watson, White & Max Dispute Resolution Fund
Support Institute for Dispute Resolution in Levin College of Law with symposia, lectures, research projects, and other activities focused on commercial mediation.
Environmental and Land Use Law Program
Support activities and programs of the ELULP; to supply funds to satisfy the Dunn Foundation matching grant program; to pay for renovation in Bruton-Geer Hall for study, meeting and clinic space for the ELULP.
P. Hutchison "Hutch" Brock Memorial Scholarship Fund
Gifts shall be made to Levin College of Law celebrating the life and career of Pete Hutchison "Hutch" Brock II (JD '90). Income under $100,000 shall be used as a $5,000 annual scholarship for incoming law students until the funds are exhausted. If at any point the funds collected or committed reach $100,000, the fund will be changed to an endowed fund of the same name and shall disburse an annual scholarship for incoming law students in perpetuity.
