City Furniture Professorship

This fund was established by Keith and Doreen Koenig in 2005. Keith earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. He is the president of City Furniture, a company which he founded along with his brother, Kevin, as Waterbed City in 1971 and evolved to its present name in 1994. Keith and Doreen have two children — Andrew and Daren. Daren received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from UF in 2003. She passed away in 2015.
