Spendable income shall be used to provide need-based scholarships for graduate students enrolled in the Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Graduate Tax Program, pursuing an LL.M in Taxation.
Fund Purpose Contingency: If, in any given year, there are no eligible graduate students with demonstrated financial need in the Program, the spendable income may be used to provide scholarships to graduate students enrolled in the Program, regardless of financial need.
