Support education development of future educators, communicators, and leaders in agriculture; designed to support students in Dept of Agricultural Education & Communication in following areas: AEC academic scholarships, program/industry tours, leadership development workshops, conferences, travel AEC student intern scholarships, student recruitment & recognition events, student seminars/symposia, domestic & international study tours, prospective student visits & distinguished lecture series.

The previously established “GREBE-WAHLBERG MEMORIAL FUND”(UFF 000689) will be used as follows: (a) Fifty percent (50%) to support graduate students in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS). Qualified applicants will have been undergraduate students at the University of Florida. The CALS scholarship selection committee shall select the finalists. The Donor, or his designee, may review the finalists applications and may share his or her input on such applicants. However, the CALS selection committee will make the final selection decisions: and (b) Fifty percent (50%) to support students in CVM. Qualified applicants will have been undergraduate students at the University of Florida, with preference given to graduates of CALS. The CVM scholarship selection committee shall select the finalists. The Donor, or his designee, may review the finalists’ applications and may share his or her input on such applicants. However, the CVM selection committee will make the final selection decisions.

Support UF/IFAS Extension and 4-H faculty to conduct teaching, research and Extension programs at its Camp Cloverleaf location; to include, but not limited to, teaching programs to promote healthful nutrition decisions among families, youth activities and follow up research designed to keep youth in school, instructional programs to build environmental awareness, academic and career advising services, and/or teaching programs to support the area's agricultural communities.
