Recruit and support outstanding, full-time doctoral students in the College's Department of Agricultural Education and Communication by providing an award that can be renewed for up to 4 years. The purpose of the award is to attract and encourage new doctoral students to join the Department.
Don M. Smith Marine Scholarship/Fellowship
Support scholarship/fellowship in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences Program in the School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences to stimulate research for conservation and enhancement of marine species.

Supports the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources, first for tuition scholarships for members of the current class, and second, if tuition scholarships are not needed, for leadership programming expenses for the current class.
