Support the recruitment and retention of master's and PhD students in the Dept. of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE). Applicants will be reviewed by the MAE Admissions Committee and Recruitment Committee together with the chair of the department.
MAE Advisory Board Innovation Fund
Provide student support within the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, to explore and develop new ideas related to the 4th Industrial Revolution such as but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, new manufacturing techniques and tools, high-capacity connectivity, virtual reality systems, 3D additive manufacturing, and high-speed robotics. Allocation determined by the department chair.
