Alice C. Jantzen Memorial Award

Support awards and an award ceremony to recognize faculty members in the Departments of Statistics (CLAS) and Biostatistics (PHHP) for their mentoring of PhD students or junior faculty. The award will be made in alternate academic years to each of the two departments. A faculty committee will select the recipients. The fund may be used to cover expenses associated with the award ceremony such as mentee recognition, food and beverages, and any incidental expenses which serve to enhance the event.

Support the annual Clinical and Health Psychology Graduate Student Teaching Award; no spending from the fund until it is endowed in Dec, 2011, spending will start then.

Support scholarships or pediatric psychology research including awards to graduate students in the Dept of clinical and Health Psychology in PHHP; no spending until balance reaches $20,000.
