To support expenses related to specialized training opportunities (such as travel and related costs to attend conferences) for interns and residents of the UF College of Veterinary Medicine Food Animal Reproduction and Medicine Service (FARMS).

Support scientific and educational purposes for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

Non-endowed fund for scholarships restricted to the College of Veterinary Medicine for Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) students who were the first in their family to attend college and who demonstrate financial need. Recipients must remain in good academic standing; any student who fail a course or clinical rotation will forfeit eligibility for the scholarship. If no student meets the first-generation criterion, the scholarship may be awarded based on financial need.
