This fund supports a full time plant pathologist to contribute the control and prevention of orange rust in sugarcane while maintaining some level of support for the other crops that are part of the sugarcane cropping systems.

Austin Cary Forest Excellence Endowment
Supports the School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences Austin Cary Forest campus educational, research and outreach resources and operations, including maintenance of the Skinner Turpentine Education Site, Stern Learning Center, Joel E. Smith Trail, Lake Mize Trail, materials and labor associated with maintaining existing resources, and other aspects of the Austin Cary Forest.
Bruce Delaney Scholarship Endowment
Support for individuals from communities or organizations who would not otherwise be able to financially support their participation in NRLI (Natural Resources Leadership Institute). Monies transferred from F020503, non-endowed fund to establish this endowment.
