General MFOS Fund - CLAS
Support the Bernie and Chris Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars Program supporting the College of Liberal Arts and Science student. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first-generation undergraduate Florida students from low income families.
Paul G. and Harriette C. Franklin Scholarship
Spendable income from the Fund shall be used first for four-year merit-based scholarship awards to up to four students from each public high school in Lee County, Florida who attend the University of Florida. The criteria for merit and the amount of each award shall be as determined by the University. The balance of the spendable income each year shall be used for need-based financial aid to students at the University, with a preference to students from a public high school in Lee County, Florida.
Eleanor Mischuck Scholarship Fund
Provide for unrestricted scholarship needs as determined by the VP of Enrollment Management, from time to time.
