Heirs Property & Estate Planning Clinic Fund
Summary: Fund intended to establish Heirs' Property and Estate Planning Clinic, as well as provide requisite support for overhead and expenses necessary for clinic activities.
From Agreement: University shall develop and operate the Clinic for so long as funding is provided by the City of Gainesville and the Property Appraiser, University shall hire a qualified lawyer to direct the clinic and shall pay for all costs of the Clinic not covered by funding from the City of Gainesville and the Property Appraiser.
