To Support the Department of Psychiatry's efforts related to research, prevention and education in the fields of psychiatry and addiction medicine, at the discretion of Mark S. Gold, M.D., so long as he is member of the faculty of the Dept. of Psychiatry in the College, and if he is no longer a faculty member, then by the Dean of the College.
