Purpose
Ltr: Support visits to possible Argentine sites; measurements of astronomical viewing conditions at sites relevant to conditions/periods of time; measurement/collection of relevant meteorological conditions at sites; other work directly related to assessing qualities of sites; preparation of a report to donor on results of these activities, upon the expenditures of all funds, or completion of the research project, whichever occurs first.
