This account will be utilized to provide research assistance for the research and development related to in-space servicing, assembly and manufacturing of on orbit vehicles. In-Space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM) is a set of emerging operations that provides several benefits to improve the longevity, capacity, mobility, and expandability of existing and future space assets. Autonomous robotic manipulators for orbital docking and the interfaces that enable in-situ modularity and reconstitution are required for this paradigm.

Support the Elizabeth Capaldi Phillips Lectureship in the Center for Smell and Taste at the University. If the endowment and income grow to a sufficient amount, the income can be used to support a graduate assistantship or a professorship with the same name.
