Letter: support a student recognition program named in honor of Dr D A Graetz; annual merit scholarships and/or awards to outstanding in educational programs in agriculture and environmental quality; in addition to meeting academic excellence, preference will be given to students demonstrate participation and leadership activities in student clubs and other extracurricular activities related to agriculture and environmental quality.
