Florida Elks Children's Therapy Services, Inc. Endowment
Spendable income from fund shall be used to support scholarships to students in the Department of Occupational Therapy and the Department of Physical Therapy at the College of Public Health and Health Professions (PHHP). The Donor requests that $30,000 be used for the endowment and $5,000 as spendable.
