The total amount of the spendable income shall be awarded annually for scholarships to benefit College of Veterinary Medicine students (freshman, sophomore, junior or senior) who are from the geographical region currently covered by the Ridge Veterinary Medical Society, including Hardee, Polk, and Highlands counties.
