Gravatt Family Beyond 120 Planning Scholarship
Financial assistance for a financially restricted student for whom an internship, excursion or experiential learning opportunity is unreachable due to finances. This student will also have time to plan and save money for the internship expense.
Joseph A. Alfred Mathematics Graduate Award
The Gift shall be used for an annual $5,000 award to one or more graduate students in the Department of Mathematics who have the best results on the first year exams. If the Fund has less than $5,000, the award shall be in the amount remaining in the Fund.
Olive J. Smith Florida Opportunity Scholarship Fund
Support Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars studying in the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics at the University of Florida. If the program ceases to exist at the University, then the spendable income shall be used to support scholarship awards to first generation Florida students with low family incomes studying in those same departments.
