Purpose
Support DVM students at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine interested in practicing equine medicine; criteria presented to senior DVM student who has clearly demonstrated desire to enter career path in equine health care, is regarded as having high ethical standards, solid communication skills, and a strong desire to serve the needs of both people and horses, is a member of FAEP and has demonstrated financial need.
