To support initiatives in the Department of Sport Management that advance the role of women in Sports and/or Sports Management.
Kapur-Samuel Families Endowed Scholarship
Support full-time undergraduate students in the College's Department of Tourism, Hospitality & Event Management who maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average. First preference shall be given to students who demonstrate a commitment to service to others through involvement with the University's Gators Volunteer organization or service to the Gainesville community or their home communities. Second preference shall be given to students who demonstrate a commitment to the fine arts either through extracurricular pursuits, demonstrating excellence and talents in fine arts related.
Ross A. Schilling Internship Endowment Fund
Provide yearly awards to Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management students pursuing a degree in Event Management whose interest is in pursuing a career in Entertainment Management. The awards will be used to help fund expenses associated with internship opportunities.
