This endowment was established in honor of Dr. Michael, who was one of the founding fathers of the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. Dr. Michael’s dedication and vision helped to establish the Jacksonville campus as one of the Southeast’s leading academic medical institutions. The fund provides vital resources needed to support residents in the Department of Medicine.
