Joye Giglia Endowment for Innovative Agricultural Technology
Support research at UF/IFAS that is focused on products and/or technology that incorporates a new approach to agricultural practices; preference shall be given to research associated with new technologies for conserving water in agriculture and horticulture production.
Hillsborough County 4-H Foundation Youth Excellence Endowment
Support youth members and alumni of the Hillsborough County 4-H program with postsecondary scholarships and opportunities to participate in state, national, and international 4-H programs (such as but not limited to 4-H University, 4-H Legislature, camping, and national educational programs and competitions). Scholarship preference will be given to youth who are rising or graduating high school seniors or in the first three years of a postsecondary program. Support may be applied to any field of study at an accredited college, university, or technical/vocational training program. Recipients must have been involved in 4-H for at least two years, volunteered in 4-H community service, and excelled in their primary projects, and will be identified through the Florida 4-H State Scholarship program and Hillsborough County 4-H Foundation Awards Selection Committee.
