Support programs, teaching, and research endeavors in the Department of Civil Engineering at the discretion of the Director of the Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure and Environment.
Dora G. Partheniades Award
Exclusive support for a $5,000 per year (two year maximum) stipend to be awarded annually by vote of the faculty of the Department of Electrical Engineering to that best qualified doctoral candidate, or post-doctoral fellow, pursuing development of non-polluting (green) energy technology. It need not be awarded if no qualifying person is voted to be its recipient. Accordingly it is expected that, if overlap, a maximum of $10,000 could be expended in any calendar year.
