Florida Foundation Seed Producers (FFSP) Plant Breeding Professorship
Support a Professorship in UF/IFAS that will in turn support the peanut breeding program. The recipient shall be selected and appointed in accordance with University policies and hold the rank required for the position by the University, and expenditures shall comply with University and Foundation requirements. Should the need for a professorship in peanut breeding decline in the future, as determined by the Donor and the Vice President, Agriculture and Natural Resources, UF/IFAS, then the spendable income of the Fund may be used to support a professorship in plant breeding. At that time, the name of the Fund may be changed to reflect the crop or commodity of such plant breeding program.
David Conser Cooperative Forestry Assistance Scholarship
Support scholarships to students entering the School or for student support while fulfilling the internship requirement of the School.
Florida Master Naturalist Program Endowment Fund
Pre-Endowment. Supports the Florida Master Naturalist Program. The mission of the Florida Master Naturalist Program (FMNP) is to promote awareness, understanding, and respect of Florida's natural world among Florida's citizens and visitors. FMNP is an adult education, UF/IFAS Extension program developed by the University of Florida and provided by many Extension offices and participating organizations through out the state of Florida. www.masternaturalist.ifas.ufl.edu.
