Supports the construction, operation and maintenance of the SFRC Millhopper Station Educational Pavilion.

Support education to low and moderate income Florida families to promote positive financial practices; first, provide general operating support that will expand the existing financial counseling delivered through the IFAS county extension offices to individuals, while also developing new family-oriented initiatives; secondly, development of a formal peer counseling training program throughout Florida with emphasis on rural and lower income communities.

Spendable income for support of extension activities of the Honey Bee Research and Extension Laboratory, with preference for supporting activities in the West African region.
