Purpose
Students in the MD program, may request and apply for a one time grant of up to $2,000.00 for reimbursement of healthcare costs, not covered by personal health insurance, which is required for continued matriculation. Funding will be disbursed based on demonstration of financial need and fund availability by an ad hoc committee with representation by the following: UF Foundation Fund Administrator, Student Financial Aid and Scholarship Coordinator, Academic Status Committee Chair, and PRN Liaison for the UF College of Medicine.
