Ellen Bellet Gelberg Tax Policy Forum Fund
Support a program that will take place at the College in order to foster dialogue and debate about current tax policy issues. The spendable income will support all aspects of this programming, including costs for program participants and events related to their interactions with students and faculty. The Donor, the College, and the Foundation acknowledge that tax policy may evolve over time, and the spendable income from the Fund will be used to explore that evolution. So long as tax policy exists, the Fund will be used solely to further this purpose.

Florida Constitutional Law Endowment in Memory of Justice Ben F. Overton by Judge Karen Miller
Support expenses associated with bringing Justices of the FL Supreme Court to the Levin College of Law to speak on topics relating to FL Constitutional Law, Elder Law, End of Life Issues or such other topics suggested by the Justice giving the lecture and/or presentation for the purpose of supporting the educational mission of the College; lectures and/or presentations will be arranged by the Dean of the College, or designee(s). Funds can be used to pay any related expenses associated with the lecture and/or presentation, including but not limited to travel/lodging, expenses for lecturer, reception costs or meals in connection with visit, publicizing, disseminating or publishing the lecture.
